Peti, az alabbi valaszt kaptam a rendezoktol, mint csoro lovesz irtam nelik a honlapon szereplo cimre.
Meg mindig nem tudjak pontosan hogy a vasarnapi program hogy lesz, de a terv az hogy szombat este lesz egy informalis pialos barbecue-s buli, es vasarnap meg egy hivatalos ceremonia, delben.
Ami utan egy gala ebed lesz 13:30 tol ami varhatoan 15:00 ig tart. A tapasztalataim szerint mindig van csuszas a dijkioszto mindig nagyon hosszu!!!

This hasn't been announced yet so there's still a chance that it might change before the event, but the plan is to have the presentation meal at lunchtime rather than in the evening.
We don't want shooters to feel rushed on the last day of shooting ( Saturday ) so we will have a very informal BBQ / Hog Roast type celebration on Saturday evening - where there's no need to get dressed up, it will just be a fun social event for the shooters.
Then on Sunday we will do the formal presentation and meal.
11:30 - Meet for pre-lunch drinks
12:00 - Awards presentation
13:30 - Awards Meal
I would expect the meal will last 60-90 minutes.
